The Wisconsin pension plan may increase its investment in spot bitcoin ETFs
According to David Krause, a finance professor at Marquette University in the United States, the Wisconsin State Board of Investment (SWIB) purchased $164 million worth of BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust and Grayscale's Bitcoin Trust shares in Quarter 1.
